Alliance Family Services is a Christ-centered nonprofit organization providing free, life-affirming reproductive healthcare and support to women and families facing unplanned pregnancies. With multiple pregnancy clinic locations, a mobile medical unit, and a maternity home, we exist to save preborn lives, support women in crisis, and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Our licensed medical clinics offer free pregnancy testing, limited ultrasounds, STI testing and treatment, prenatal care, and more. Every woman who walks through our doors is met with dignity, respect, and love—regardless of her circumstances.
We believe in reproductive healthcare that honors both mother and child. That’s why we walk alongside each woman—providing medical care, counseling, parenting classes, and ongoing practical support.

Every $2,000 donated covers the full cost to serve one abortion-minded woman—including medical services, counseling, mentorship, material support, and ongoing care.
